Sura Ash Shams 91

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. Bismi Allahi alrrahmani alrraheemi بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِِ
91:1 By the sun and his brightness, Waalshshamsi waduhaha وَالشَّمْسِ وَضُحَاهَا
91:2 And the moon when she followeth him, Waalqamari itha talaha وَالْقَمَرِ إِذَا تَلَاهَا
91:3 And the day when it revealeth him, Waalnnahari itha jallaha وَالنَّهَارِ إِذَا جَلَّاهَا
91:4 And the night when it enshroudeth him, Waallayli itha yaghshaha وَاللَّيْلِ إِذَا يَغْشَاهَا
91:5 And the heaven and Him Who built it, Waalssama-i wama banaha وَالسَّمَاء وَمَا بَنَاهَا
91:6 And the earth and Him Who spread it, Waal-ardi wama tahaha وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا طَحَاهَا
91:7 And a soul and Him Who perfected it Wanafsin wama sawwaha وَنَفْسٍ وَمَا سَوَّاهَا
91:8 And inspired it (with conscience of) what is wrong for it and (what is) right for it. Faalhamaha fujooraha wataqwaha فَأَلْهَمَهَا فُجُورَهَا وَتَقْوَاهَا
91:9 He is indeed successful who causeth it to grow, Qad aflaha man zakkaha قَدْ أَفْلَحَ مَن زَكَّاهَا
91:10 And he is indeed a failure who stunteth it. Waqad khaba man dassaha وَقَدْ خَابَ مَن دَسَّاهَا
91:11 (The tribe of) Thamud denied (the truth) in their rebellious pride, Kaththabat thamoodu bitaghwaha كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ بِطَغْوَاهَا
91:12 When the basest of them broke forth Ithi inbaAAatha ashqaha إِذِ انبَعَثَ أَشْقَاهَا
91:13 And the messenger of Allah said: It is the she-camel of Allah, so let her drink! Faqala lahum rasoolu Allahi naqata Allahi wasuqyaha فَقَالَ لَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ نَاقَةَ اللَّهِ وَسُقْيَاهَا
91:14 But they denied him, and they hamstrung her, so Allah doomed them for their sin and rased (their dwellings). Fakaththaboohu faAAaqarooha fadamdama AAalayhim rabbuhum bithanbihim fasawwaha فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَعَقَرُوهَا فَدَمْدَمَ عَلَيْهِمْ رَبُّهُم بِذَنبِهِمْ فَسَوَّاهَا
91:15 He dreadeth not the sequel (of events). Wala yakhafu AAuqbaha وَلَا يَخَافُ عُقْبَاهَا
