Sura Al Inshiqaq 84

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. Bismi Allahi alrrahmani alrraheemi بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِِ
84:1 When the heaven is split asunder Itha alssamao inshaqqat إِذَا السَّمَاء انشَقَّتْ
84:2 And attentive to her Lord in fear, Waathinat lirabbiha wahuqqat وَأَذِنَتْ لِرَبِّهَا وَحُقَّتْ
84:3 And when the earth is spread out Wa-itha al-ardu muddat وَإِذَا الْأَرْضُ مُدَّتْ
84:4 And hath cast out all that was in her, and is empty Waalqat ma feeha watakhallat وَأَلْقَتْ مَا فِيهَا وَتَخَلَّتْ
84:5 And attentive to her Lord in fear! Waathinat lirabbiha wahuqqat وَأَذِنَتْ لِرَبِّهَا وَحُقَّتْ
84:6 Thou, verily, O man, art working toward thy Lord a work which thou wilt meet (in His presence). Ya ayyuha al-insanu innaka kadihun ila rabbika kadhan famulaqeehi يَا أَيُّهَا الْإِنسَانُ إِنَّكَ كَادِحٌ إِلَى رَبِّكَ كَدْحًا فَمُلَاقِيهِ
84:7 Then whoso is given his account in his right hand Faama man ootiya kitabahu biyameenihi فَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ بِيَمِينِهِ
84:8 He truly will receive an easy reckoning Fasawfa yuhasabu hisaban yaseeran فَسَوْفَ يُحَاسَبُ حِسَابًا يَسِيرًا
84:9 And will return unto his folk in joy. Wayanqalibu ila ahlihi masrooran وَيَنقَلِبُ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ مَسْرُورًا
84:10 But whoso is given his account behind his back, Waamma man ootiya kitabahu waraa thahrihi وَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ وَرَاء ظَهْرِهِ
84:11 He surely will invoke destruction Fasawfa yadAAoo thubooran فَسَوْفَ يَدْعُو ثُبُورًا
84:12 And be thrown to scorching fire. Wayasla saAAeeran وَيَصْلَى سَعِيرًا
84:13 He verily lived joyous with his folk, Innahu kana fee ahlihi masrooran إِنَّهُ كَانَ فِي أَهْلِهِ مَسْرُورًا
84:14 He verily deemed that he would never return (unto Allah). Innahu thanna an lan yahoora إِنَّهُ ظَنَّ أَن لَّن يَحُورَ
84:15 Nay, but lo! his Lord is ever looking on him! Bala inna rabbahu kana bihi baseeran بَلَى إِنَّ رَبَّهُ كَانَ بِهِ بَصِيرًا
84:16 Oh, I swear by the afterglow of sunset, Fala oqsimu bialshshafaqi فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِالشَّفَقِ
84:17 And by the night and all that it enshroudeth, Waallayli wama wasaqa وَاللَّيْلِ وَمَا وَسَقَ
84:18 And by the moon when she is at the full, Waalqamari itha ittasaqa وَالْقَمَرِ إِذَا اتَّسَقَ
84:19 That ye shall journey on from plane to plane. Latarkabunna tabaqan AAan tabaqin لَتَرْكَبُنَّ طَبَقًا عَن طَبَقٍ
84:20 What aileth them, then, that they believe not Fama lahum la yu/minoona فَمَا لَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
84:21 And, when the Qur'an is recited unto them, worship not (Allah) ? Wa-itha quri-a AAalayhimu alqur-anu la yasjudoona وَإِذَا قُرِئَ عَلَيْهِمُ الْقُرْآنُ لَا يَسْجُدُونَ
84:22 Nay, but those who disbelieve will deny; Bali allatheena kafaroo yukaththiboona {س} بَلِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ يُكَذِّبُونَ
84:23 And Allah knoweth best what they are hiding. WaAllahu aAAlamu bima yooAAoona وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا يُوعُونَ
84:24 So give them tidings of a painful doom, Fabashshirhum biAAathabin aleemin فَبَشِّرْهُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ
84:25 Save those who believe and do good works, for theirs is a reward unfailing. Illa allatheena amanoo waAAamiloo alssalihati lahum ajrun ghayru mamnoonin إِلَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ الصَّالِحَاتِ لَهُمْ أَجْرٌ غَيْرُ مَمْنُونٍ
